2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Wir verarbeiten je nach Nutzung insbesondere Konto- und Kontaktdaten, Rollen- und Organisationsdaten, Vertrags- und Abrechnungsdaten, Server- und Sicherheitsprotokolle, CRM-Daten, Kommunikationsinhalte und Metadaten aus verbundenen Kanälen, E-Mail- und Kalenderdaten, Formulardaten, Datei-Uploads sowie Support- und Audit-Informationen.
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Bereitstellung und Absicherung der Plattform, zur Vertragsdurchführung, Nutzerverwaltung, Kommunikation, Fehleranalyse, Missbrauchsprävention, Abrechnung sowie zur Erfüllung rechtlicher Pflichten. Rechtsgrundlagen sind insbesondere Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b, c und f DSGVO; für optionale, nicht zwingend erforderliche Tracking- oder Marketingtechnologien zusätzlich Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
4. Meta-, Google- und sonstige Integrationen
Wenn ein Tenant Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google oder andere Drittanbieter verbindet, verarbeiten wir nur die für die aktivierten Funktionen erforderlichen Daten. Meta-bezogene Funktionen können Nachrichten, Lead-Daten, Scoped IDs, Kanal- und Zustellinformationen sowie Review-relevante Status- und Löschinformationen umfassen.
5. Empfänger und Drittlandtransfer
Empfänger können Hosting-, Infrastruktur-, E-Mail- und Integrationsanbieter sein, darunter Meta Platforms und Google, sofern diese Funktionen aktiviert sind. Drittlandübermittlungen erfolgen nur auf geeigneter Rechtsgrundlage, etwa per Angemessenheitsbeschluss oder Standardvertragsklauseln.
6. Speicherdauer
Wir speichern personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie dies für Vertrag, Sicherheit, Nachweis, Support oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich ist. Danach werden Daten gelöscht, anonymisiert oder gesperrt.
7. Ihre Rechte

4. Meta, Google ve diğer entegrasyonlar
Tenant, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google veya başka bir entegrasyon bağladığında yalnızca etkin özellikler için gerekli veriler işlenir. Meta ile ilgili özellikler; mesajlar, lead verileri, scoped ID’ler, kanal ve teslimat bilgileri ile review ve silme süreçleri için gerekli durum verilerini kapsayabilir.
5. Alıcılar ve yurt dışı aktarım
Alıcılar; barındırma, altyapı, e-posta ve entegrasyon sağlayıcıları olabilir. Meta Platforms ve Google ancak ilgili fonksiyonlar aktifleştirildiğinde devreye girer. Yurt dışı aktarımlar yalnızca uygun hukuki mekanizmalara dayanılarak yapılır.
6. Saklama süresi
Kişisel veriler yalnızca sözleşme, güvenlik, ispat, destek ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri için gerekli süre boyunca tutulur; daha sonra silinir, anonimleştirilir veya erişime kapatılır.
7. Haklarınız
Uygulanabilir hukuka göre erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşıma, itiraz ve verilmiş rızayı geri alma haklarınız olabilir. Başvurular için privacy@saas-server.app adresi kullanılabilir.
8. Güvenlik

2. Data we process
Depending on the feature used, we may process account and contact data, role and organisation data, contract and billing data, server and security logs, CRM records, messaging content and metadata from connected channels, email and calendar data, form submissions, file uploads, and support or audit records.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and secure the platform, perform contracts, manage users, enable communications, analyse errors, prevent abuse, handle billing, and comply with legal obligations. The main legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), and 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential tracking or marketing technologies require consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable local rules.
4. Meta, Google and other integrations
When a tenant connects Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google, or another third-party service, we process only the data required for the enabled feature set. Meta-related processing may include messages, lead data, scoped IDs, channel information, delivery metadata, and review or deletion status records.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients may include hosting, infrastructure, email, and integration providers, including Meta Platforms and Google where relevant features are enabled. International transfers are made only on an appropriate legal basis, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for contract performance, security, evidence, support, and legal retention obligations. After that, data is deleted, anonymised, or blocked.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to privacy@saas-server.app.
8. Security
We use role-based access control, TLS encryption, logging, backups, secret management, and controlled release processes.
